Choosing our studio means you and your team will receive RAW 4K video footage with multiple camera angles and audio channels. If you'd like immediate access to your footage you are encouraged to bring your own SSD Hard Drive for instant data transfer, or opt for a swift Google Drive link delivery within 48 hours of your shoot. Editing options are also available through our affiliate partners.

We keep all files (audio/video/BTS Photos) on our Google Drive at no cost to you for up to 10 days. If you’d like for us to retain your footage for longer that 10 days, there is a monthly fee of $25 per month (per podcast/shoot) to retain the footage on our servers.

Our 2 hour minimum is set in place to ensure your podcast’s excellence.

Setup time is taken into consideration which includes but is not limited to: lighting, color grading, picture profile settings, audio level testing, and logo placement.

Additionally, most podcasts will usually extend over an hour. We want to make sure our clients don't feel rushed and are able to properly wrap up their episode while being considerate of other guest's studio time. We also take into account the need to record any promotional content at the end of your episode. Many clients feel inspired by our space and require additional time to create content for their social media, such as reels, drops, podcast promo teasers or Behind the Scenes and guest feature content.

You may enter the space 15 minutes prior to your booking. If you or your guest arrive earlier than 15 minutes you are welcome to wait in our building's lobby, or next door at the Vice City Bean coffee shop.

Yes! If our schedule allows and there are no conflicting bookings you can extend your podcast. Payment for any additional time would be charged that same day via Zelle, Apple Pay, or through our online credit card payment processing system.

All bookings can be canceled by emailing [email protected] with Studio Cancellation followed by Booker's name in the subject. All studio bookings must be submitted 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE in order to be eligible for a full refund or store credit. The reason we require this is due to scheduling for our audio and visual engineer which facilitates your shoot, whose time we keep into consideration.

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for:
1. Full Refund back to the payment method used at checkout of the bookings total cost subtracted by the 3% transaction fee.
2. Store credit to reschedule at a later time.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are eligible for:
1. Refund back to the payment method used at checkout of 50% of the bookings cost subtracted by the 3% transaction fee. 2. Store credit equal to 50% of the booking cost to reschedule at a later time.

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are ineligible for refunds or store credit.

You are allowed to comfortably bring up to 10  guests at your discretion. We do require the recording space to be quiet to ensure the best audio quality. If noise becomes an issue, we have an outdoor rooftop terrace that can hold up to 80 people comfortable that is available for rent.

Our space is versatile, many influencers utilize our space to record promotional materials such as YouTube videos, advertisements, scripted reels, mock podcast promos, affiliate branding materials, courses, video sales letters, brand message videos and even hosting masterminds or workshops. Our 2,000 square foot private rooftop terrace is available to rent hosting up to 80 people comfortably with panoramic views. Complete with a private bathroom and direct hallway access, it's perfect for networking events, parties, or any memorable gathering you have in mind.

Besides yourself, you are not required to bring any additional equipment to have a successful booking. We send you all of your content (3 camera angles, audio files & BTS) via a google drive link within 48 hours or less. If you’d like to leave with all of your content on the same-day of your shoot you must bring your own SSD hard-drive. Transferring all the content to your hard drive may take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on the length of the content and the read/write speed of your SSD hard-drive.

Your booking will include a 3 camera and 2 microphone set with an on site audio and visual engineer. You will receive all content taken during your shoot via a Google Drive link which include:
- 3 Camera angles in 4k
- Crisp audio files recorded from the sure microphone
- Back up audio recorded from DJI lavalier microphones
- Behind the Scene photo content

A 1080p live chop version of your episode is available from our Atem switchboard set up upon request. If you'd like a live chop/edit of your episode in 1080p please let us know prior to the start of your shoot and we will accommodate your request for a $100.00 up charge.

Our podcast set up has inputs for up to 5 additional cameras (8 total) and 2 additional microphones (4 total) if you’d like additional camera angles, or audio. You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment to enhance your shoot. We do have 2 extra microphones in case a 4 person set up is necessary. If you are going to add audio or visual to your podcast please reach out to us 48 prior to your booking to ensure a seamless production.

If you wish to film with more than 4 individuals there is an up charge of $50 per guest (maximum 6 total guests).
